Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives or green onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Cook bacon to crispy. Drain and crumble.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in crumbled bacon, reserving a tablespoon for topping.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining chopped bacon and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  8. Remove from air fryer, garnish with fresh chives, and serve warm.
