Ingredients:
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives or green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook bacon to crispy. Drain and crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in crumbled bacon, reserving a tablespoon for topping.
- Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped bacon and Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from air fryer, garnish with fresh chives, and serve warm.
