Ingredients:
- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian sweet rolls (340g)
- 1/2 pound (225g) sliced deli ham
- 1/4 pound (113g) sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15g) brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon (5g) poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) dried onion flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the top and bottom buns connected.
- Spread a thin layer of sliced cheese evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the sliced ham over the cheese.
- Layer another thin layer of cheese evenly over the ham.
- Carefully place the top half of the rolls back on the ham and cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and dried onion flakes.
- Evenly pour the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
