Ingredients:
- 4 medium apples, cored and chopped (about 4 cups or 600 g)
- 2 medium pears, cored and chopped (about 2 cups or 300 g)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (about 100 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 cup water (240 ml)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste (15-30 ml)
Instructions:
- Wash the apples, pears, and cranberries thoroughly. Core and chop apples and pears into smaller pieces.
- If using a juicer, feed the apple, pear, and cranberry pieces into the juicer, collecting the juice in a pitcher.
- If using a blender, combine chopped fruits, cranberries, lemon juice, and water in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp. Press or squeeze to extract as much juice as possible.
- Taste the juice and stir in honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately or chill for later.
