- 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (about 450 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed (50 g)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (5 g)
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg (1 g)
- ½ cup chopped pecans (60 g)
