- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Gel food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Divide the dough into six equal parts. Add a different gel food color to each section and mix until the colors are vibrant.
- Wrap each colored dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll small portions of each colored dough into balls and mix them together to create a marbled effect. Place them on prepared baking sheets.

- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
