- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredient mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
