- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Pan: Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine kefir, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture, folding gently until just combined; do not overmix.
- Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the Cake: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
