Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3–4 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup dill pickles, diced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
  7. Stir in shredded cheddar, diced pickles, and dill.
  8. On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish or pizza pan.
  9. Place the rolled-out dough in the prepared pie dish/pizza pan.
  10. Pour the filling into the crust evenly.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and set in the middle.
  12. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, garnish with extra pickles, and slice into wedges. Serve warm.
