Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3–4 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup dill pickles, diced (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
- Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and seasonings until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, diced pickles, and dill.
- On a floured surface, roll out the chilled dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish or pizza pan.
- Place the rolled-out dough in the prepared pie dish/pizza pan.
- Pour the filling into the crust evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and set in the middle.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, garnish with extra pickles, and slice into wedges. Serve warm.
