Ingredients:

  • 200g feta cheese (block)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium baking dish to coat the bottom.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the baking dish.
  4. Pour honey evenly over the feta, ensuring its well-covered.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the feta and honey.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the feta is soft and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
