Ingredients:
- 200g feta cheese (block)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Crusty bread or crackers (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium baking dish to coat the bottom.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the baking dish.
- Pour honey evenly over the feta, ensuring its well-covered.
- Sprinkle dried oregano on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the feta and honey.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the feta is soft and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
