Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 loaf of French bread or brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes

- ½ cup brown sugar, packed

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Add bread cubes to the custard mixture and gently fold to combine until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Drizzle the butter mixture evenly over the bread before baking.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and puffed.
- Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
