Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 0.5 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions:
- Place 0.5 cup old fashioned rolled oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds in a jar.
- Spoon in 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt.
- Add 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp maple syrup, and 0.25 tsp vanilla.
- Sprinkle in 1 pinch sea salt.
- Stir vigorously until no dry pockets remain.
- Close the lid tightly and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and stir once more until the mixture looks glossy.
- Add your favorite toppings until the jar is overflowing with color.
