Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place 0.5 cup old fashioned rolled oats and 1 tbsp chia seeds in a jar.
  2. Spoon in 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt.
  3. Add 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp maple syrup, and 0.25 tsp vanilla.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 pinch sea salt.
  5. Stir vigorously until no dry pockets remain.
  6. Close the lid tightly and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
  7. Remove from the fridge and stir once more until the mixture looks glossy.
  8. Add your favorite toppings until the jar is overflowing with color.
