Ingredients:
- 3 cups (450g) shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo wing sauce
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (60ml) ranch dressing
- 1/2 tsp (1.5g) garlic powder
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 1/2 cups (170g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (8g) fresh chives, minced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic powder. Fold with a spatula until the chicken is fully coated and the cream cheese is completely incorporated.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire slab of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spread a layer of shredded mozzarella across the bottom buns, then evenly pile the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top the chicken with the remaining mozzarella and place the top bun slab back on.
- Whisk the melted butter with 1 tsp garlic powder and brush the mixture liberally over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with minced chives.
