Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 g) finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill weed to the bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting according to personal preference.
  4. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well-combined and velvety.
  5. Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Once chilled, stir again and serve as a dressing or dip for your favorite foods.
