- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 g) finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth.
- Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, and dill weed to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, adjusting according to personal preference.
- Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are well-combined and velvety.
- Cover the dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
