Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz chipped beef, finely minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 oz chipped beef, finely minced
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 4 oz of minced chipped beef, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir or beat the mixture until uniform and smooth.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and gently roll it into a tight, smooth sphere.
- Wrap the ball tightly to exclude air and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm.
- Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the reserved 2 oz of minced chipped beef and crushed walnuts, pressing lightly so the coating adheres to the surface.
- Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers.
