Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz chipped beef, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 oz chipped beef, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 4 oz of minced chipped beef, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir or beat the mixture until uniform and smooth.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and gently roll it into a tight, smooth sphere.
  4. Wrap the ball tightly to exclude air and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm.
  5. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the reserved 2 oz of minced chipped beef and crushed walnuts, pressing lightly so the coating adheres to the surface.
  6. Place on a serving platter and serve with crackers.
