Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives (10g)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (10g)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (5g)
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced (approximately 1 teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed (1.25 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (1.25 ml)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25 ml), or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml), or white vinegar

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the fresh chives, parsley, and dill.
  3. Add the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice (or white vinegar).
  5. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, lemon juice) as needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
