Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives (10g)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley (10g)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (5g)
- 1 small clove garlic, minced (approximately 1 teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed (1.25 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (1.25 ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25 ml), or to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml), or white vinegar
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the fresh chives, parsley, and dill.
- Add the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, dried dill weed, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the lemon juice (or white vinegar).
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning (salt, pepper, lemon juice) as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
