Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original sauce
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated
- 0.25 cup scallions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually whisk in the Frank's RedHot sauce and ranch dressing until the mixture is uniform and emulsified.
- Fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar and all of the Monterey Jack cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are slightly browned.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm with chips or celery.
