Ingredients:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot Original sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese, freshly grated
  • 0.25 cup scallions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually whisk in the Frank's RedHot sauce and ranch dressing until the mixture is uniform and emulsified.
  3. Fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of the shredded sharp cheddar and all of the Monterey Jack cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are slightly browned.
  8. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve warm with chips or celery.
