- 1/2 cup (120ml) buffalo hot sauce
- 1 1/2 cups (170g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Finely shred the cooked chicken breast, ensuring skin is removed.
- Place shredded chicken in a mixing bowl and toss with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Fold in the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce, stirring until the mixture is a uniform orange color and smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is golden brown.
