Instructions:

  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Cut the sweet potatoes into fries, aiming for uniform thickness (about 1/4 inch).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using).
  5. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
