- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered milk
- 1/4 cup (30g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and measuring tools.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar, powdered milk, brown sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon.
- Whisk the ingredients together until fully incorporated, ensuring no clumps remain.
- Mix in the vanilla powder evenly throughout the dry mix. If using extract, it can be added during beverage preparation.
- Transfer the cocoa mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
- For each serving, mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix with 1 cup of hot water or milk. Stir until dissolved and creamy.
