  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup (30g) light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and measuring tools.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar, powdered milk, brown sugar, salt, and optional cinnamon.
  3. Whisk the ingredients together until fully incorporated, ensuring no clumps remain.
  4. Mix in the vanilla powder evenly throughout the dry mix. If using extract, it can be added during beverage preparation.
  5. Transfer the cocoa mix to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
  6. For each serving, mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa mix with 1 cup of hot water or milk. Stir until dissolved and creamy.
