Ingredients:
- 2 ounces (60ml) Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
- 2 ounces (60ml) butterscotch schnapps
- Optional: whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather your shot glasses and place them on a stable surface.
- Using a jigger, measure 2 ounces of butterscotch schnapps and carefully pour it into the bottom of each shot glass.
- Clean your bar spoon or use a straw. Slowly pour 2 ounces of Irish cream liqueur over the back of the spoon or straw, allowing it to gently layer on top of the butterscotch schnapps.
- If desired, add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each shot.
- Present the shots immediately and enjoy responsibly.
