Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (approximately 6-8 medium) dill pickles, finely diced (about 120g)
  • 1/4 cup (25g) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir to combine.
  4. Gently fold in the diced dill pickles and chopped fresh dill.
  5. Stir in the pickle juice.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
