Ingredients:
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60ml) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (approximately 6-8 medium) dill pickles, finely diced (about 120g)
- 1/4 cup (25g) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise until well combined and smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the diced dill pickles and chopped fresh dill.
- Stir in the pickle juice.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
