Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet (approx. 250g) Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed but cold
  • 1 large Egg
  • 15 ml water
  • 60g unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 5g fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 5g fresh thyme leaves
  • 2g flaky sea salt
  • 5ml honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and honey. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a pizza cutter, cut the sheet into 24 even squares. Use a sharp knife to lightly score a smaller square inside each piece without cutting all the way through. Liberally brush the centers with the garlic herb mixture.
  3. Whisk the egg and water together to create an egg wash. Brush the outer edges of each pastry square with the wash. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the pastry is puffed and the edges are a deep, golden brown.
