Ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1 lb / 450g)
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup (120g) full fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken pieces thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres. Season both sides with Kosher salt and black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Place the chicken on your prepared baking sheet.
- Use a spatula to spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Check the internal temperature; you are looking for 160°F on the thermometer, as it will climb to 165°F while resting.
