Ingredients:
- 450 g ground beef
- 240 ml marinara or pizza sauce
- 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 g Italian seasoning
- 1 g garlic powder
- 227 g refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned (about 7-8 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes until cheese melts.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture at the widest end of each triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
- Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
