Ingredients:

  • 450 g ground beef
  • 240 ml marinara or pizza sauce
  • 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 g Italian seasoning
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 227 g refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned (about 7-8 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the marinara, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes until cheese melts.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture at the widest end of each triangle. Roll it up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  6. Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
