Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped (30 g)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (15 g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Whisk until smooth and well mixed.
- Add lemon juice and mix again until incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped capers and dill pickles.
- Fold in the fresh parsley to add a pop of colour and freshness.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
