Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and chopped (30 g)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles, finely chopped (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (15 g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  2. Whisk until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix again until incorporated.
  4. Stir in the chopped capers and dill pickles.
  5. Fold in the fresh parsley to add a pop of colour and freshness.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
