Ingredients:

  • 6 oz hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp Irish whiskey
  • 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Fill an Irish coffee glass with hot tap water for 30 seconds to warm it, then discard the water.
  2. Add the packed brown sugar to the bottom of the warmed glass.
  3. Pour in the hot brewed coffee and stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Gently stir in the Irish whiskey until combined.
  5. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a small bowl and beat with a frother or whisk until it reaches soft peaks.
  6. Slowly pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee surface to create a floating layer.
  7. Garnish the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
