Ingredients:
- 6 oz hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp Irish whiskey
- 1 tbsp packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Fill an Irish coffee glass with hot tap water for 30 seconds to warm it, then discard the water.
- Add the packed brown sugar to the bottom of the warmed glass.
- Pour in the hot brewed coffee and stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Gently stir in the Irish whiskey until combined.
- Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a small bowl and beat with a frother or whisk until it reaches soft peaks.
- Slowly pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee surface to create a floating layer.
- Garnish the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
