Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups guacamole
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 15 sliced black olives
- 2 flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, simmering for 3–5 minutes until the liquid has reduced to a thick glaze.
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Spread the warm beef evenly across the bottom of a 9x13 inch rectangular baking dish, then layer the cream cheese mixture directly on top and smooth with a spatula.
- Spread the guacamole over the cream cheese layer to create the green field, leaving a 1-inch border of cream cheese at each end for the end zones.
- Fill a piping bag with the remaining 1/4 cup sour cream and pipe vertical lines every 2 inches to create yard markers.
- Top with olive or jalapeño slices to mark the yard lines and use flour tortillas to create goal posts.
