Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp (12g) instant coffee crystals
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) warm water
  • 1 tbsp (12g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add the instant coffee crystals, sugar, and water into a mason jar.
  2. Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30–60 seconds until the mixture transforms into a thick, pale-brown foam.
  3. Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes and pour the foamy coffee concentrate directly over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour the milk over the coffee, allowing it to swirl naturally to create a gradient effect.
  5. Give the drink a gentle stir right before sipping to integrate the foam.
