Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp (12g) instant coffee crystals
- 2 tbsp (30ml) warm water
- 1 tbsp (12g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Add the instant coffee crystals, sugar, and water into a mason jar.
- Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30–60 seconds until the mixture transforms into a thick, pale-brown foam.
- Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes and pour the foamy coffee concentrate directly over the ice.
- Slowly pour the milk over the coffee, allowing it to swirl naturally to create a gradient effect.
- Give the drink a gentle stir right before sipping to integrate the foam.
