Ingredients:

  • 24 oz frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a 9x9 inch baking dish, combine frozen peach slices, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently until coated.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold, cubed butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to work it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with pea-sized lumps.
  3. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the peach mixture, pressing down lightly. Place the dish on a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes until the filling is bubbling and the topping is deep golden brown.
