Ingredients:

  • 1 wheel (225g) Triple Cream Brie
  • 1 block (225g) Sharp White Cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz (115g) Goat Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Crushed Pistachios
  • 4 oz (115g) Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (115g) Hard Salami or Soppressata
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, halved
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 5 oz (140g) Fig and Olive Crackers
  • 4 oz (110g) Butter Crackers
  • 0.5 cup (75g) Salted Marcona Almonds
  • 0.5 cup Castelvetrano olives
  • 0.25 cup Honey or Raspberry Jam
  • 0.5 cup X’s and O’s Gummies
  • 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Hearts
  • 0.25 cup Pink and Red M&Ms
  • 5 Pink French Macarons

Instructions:

  1. Place small ramekins or glass bowls on the board first for 'wet' items like olives, honey, and jams. Space them unevenly to create visual balance.
  2. Position the cheeses: Place the brie wheel near a corner and the cubed cheddar in a separate cluster. Optionally, use a heart-shaped cutter to remove the center of the brie and fill with jam.
  3. Construct salami roses by layering slices around the rim of a small wine glass, overlapping them by half, then inverting onto the board.
  4. Create an 'S-Curve' flow by arranging crackers and sliced meats in a winding path across the board.
  5. Fill remaining gaps with fresh fruit, nuts, and the Galentine's candy selection, ensuring high-contrast colors are placed next to each other.
