Ingredients:
- 3 medium apples (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji) (approx. 600 grams)
- 1 cup (240 ml) fresh cranberries, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 grams) honey (optional)
- 3 medium ripe pears (such as Bartlett or Anjou) (approx. 600 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 grams) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Instructions:
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Core and chop apples and pears into smaller chunks.
- In the juicer, combine chopped apples, cranberries, and lemon juice. Juice until smooth.
- In a blender, combine pear chunks, grated ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Use a strainer or cheesecloth to separate the pulp from the juice for both mixtures.
- Stir in honey to taste in both juices, adjusting sweetness as needed.
- Pour juices into glasses and enjoy immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
