Ingredients:

  • 3 medium apples (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji) (approx. 600 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh cranberries, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 grams) honey (optional)
  • 3 medium ripe pears (such as Bartlett or Anjou) (approx. 600 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 grams) fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Core and chop apples and pears into smaller chunks.
  2. In the juicer, combine chopped apples, cranberries, and lemon juice. Juice until smooth.
  3. In a blender, combine pear chunks, grated ginger, and water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Use a strainer or cheesecloth to separate the pulp from the juice for both mixtures.
  5. Stir in honey to taste in both juices, adjusting sweetness as needed.
  6. Pour juices into glasses and enjoy immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
