Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups Rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt
  • 0.75 cup Creamy natural peanut butter
  • 0.33 cup Raw honey
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup Mini M&Ms
  • 0.25 cup Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine the 1.5 cups Rolled oats, 0.5 cup Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Ground flaxseed, and 0.5 tsp Sea salt in your bowl. Note: Whisking these dry prevents protein clumps later.
  2. Add the 0.75 cup Creamy natural peanut butter, 0.33 cup Raw honey, and 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract.
  3. Stir the mixture until no dry streaks of protein remain. Note: This may require some elbow grease as the dough thickens.
  4. Gently fold in the 0.33 cup Mini M&Ms and 0.25 cup Mini semi sweet chocolate chips.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes until the oats have absorbed the surface moisture.
  6. Use your scoop to drop 20 equal mounds onto the parchment lined sheet.
  7. Roll each mound between your palms until the surface is smooth and glossy. Note: If the dough sticks to your hands, dampen them slightly with water.
  8. Place the tray in the fridge for 20 minutes until the balls feel firm to the touch.
  9. Ensure the chocolate hasn't bloomed and the balls hold their shape when pressed.
  10. Transfer the set balls into an airtight container for long-term enjoyment.
