Ingredients:
- 0.5 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 0.5 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 0.5 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- In a 16oz glass mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Stir the dry ingredients thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
- Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the jar. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully integrated and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Seal the jar tightly with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, though 8–12 hours is recommended for the best texture and hydration.
- Before serving, remove the lid and top with fresh blueberries. Stir to combine and add optional nuts for additional crunch if desired.
