Ingredients:

  • 0.5 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (7g) maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 0.5 cup (75g) fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. In a 16oz glass mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Stir the dry ingredients thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
  2. Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the jar. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully integrated and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the jar tightly with a lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, though 8–12 hours is recommended for the best texture and hydration.
  4. Before serving, remove the lid and top with fresh blueberries. Stir to combine and add optional nuts for additional crunch if desired.
