Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and to cool the mixture.
- If using an ice cream maker
- Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
