Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and to cool the mixture.
  3. If using an ice cream maker
  4. Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
