- 1.25 lbs 96% Lean Ground Beef

- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.5 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 0.5 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 2 tbsp Finely minced dill pickles
- 0.5 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 6 cups Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.5 cup Red onion, finely diced
- 0.5 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup Sliced pickles
Instructions:
- Place a large cast iron skillet or non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the 96% lean ground beef. Use a wooden spatula to break the meat into large chunks.
- Let the beef sit undisturbed for 3 minutes to develop a deep, mahogany crust (the Maillard reaction). Add 1 tsp smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking and tossing until no pink remains, approximately 3 more minutes.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, minced dill pickles, and 0.5 tsp smoked paprika until a smooth, creamy emulsion forms.
- Assemble the bowls by dividing the shredded romaine lettuce into four portions. Top each with the cooked savory beef, cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
- Drizzle the signature secret sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
