  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

  2. Using a whisk or spoon, blend all the spices together until uniformly mixed, ensuring no clumps remain.
  3. Transfer the enchilada seasoning to an airtight container. Label the container with the date for reference.
  4. Add 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoning to your enchilada filling or sauce, adjusting according to taste.
