Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • 1/4 tsp (0.5g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5ml) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the ground cinnamon and whisk constantly until the milk is fragrant and the cinnamon is evenly distributed.
  2. Continue heating the milk, stirring frequently to prevent a skin from forming. Heat until the milk is steaming and small bubbles form around the edges, ensuring it does not reach a rolling boil.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey until completely dissolved.
  4. Use a handheld frother for 15–30 seconds until a layer of thick, velvety foam forms on the surface.
  5. Pour the milk into a mug and top with an extra pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
