Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- 1/4 tsp (0.5g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp (5ml) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the ground cinnamon and whisk constantly until the milk is fragrant and the cinnamon is evenly distributed.
- Continue heating the milk, stirring frequently to prevent a skin from forming. Heat until the milk is steaming and small bubbles form around the edges, ensuring it does not reach a rolling boil.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the honey until completely dissolved.
- Use a handheld frother for 15–30 seconds until a layer of thick, velvety foam forms on the surface.
- Pour the milk into a mug and top with an extra pinch of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
