Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and arrange them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Season the fillets lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika until smooth and glossy.
  5. Using a silicone pastry brush or spoon, generously coat the top and sides of each fillet with the honey garlic glaze.
  6. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes until the glaze bubbles and salmon flakes easily with a fork.
