Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and arrange them skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Season the fillets lightly with salt and black pepper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and smoked paprika until smooth and glossy.
- Using a silicone pastry brush or spoon, generously coat the top and sides of each fillet with the honey garlic glaze.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12–15 minutes until the glaze bubbles and salmon flakes easily with a fork.
