Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to the milk.
  3. Whisk together until combined well.
  4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened and curdled.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
