Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar (or freshly squeezed lemon juice)
Instructions:
- Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a small mixing bowl.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to the milk.
- Whisk together until combined well.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened and curdled.
- Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
