Ingredients:
- 2 shots (2 oz) concentrated espresso
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
- Brew the espresso or strong coffee. While the liquid is still hot, stir in the maple syrup until completely dissolved.
- Pour the unsweetened almond milk into a small pitcher. Use a handheld frother for 15–20 seconds until a light foam develops, or shake vigorously in a jar for 30 seconds.
- Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Pour the frothed almond milk over the ice first, then slowly pour the coffee concentrate over the top to create a marbled effect. Stir gently to combine.
