Ingredients:

  • 8 fl oz strong brewed coffee
  • 0.5g sea salt
  • 1.5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Brew the coffee using your preferred method. While the coffee is still hot, stir in a pinch of sea salt to enhance the chocolatey notes and neutralize bitterness.
  2. In a separate small bowl or glass, combine the sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract. Use a handheld frother or whisk vigorously until the mixture is pale and smooth.
  3. Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the prepared balanced creamer into the glass first, then slowly pour the strong coffee over the top.
  5. Stir gently with a long spoon until the coffee and creamer merge into a consistent tan hue.
