Ingredients:
- 8 fl oz strong brewed coffee
- 0.5g sea salt
- 1.5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Brew the coffee using your preferred method. While the coffee is still hot, stir in a pinch of sea salt to enhance the chocolatey notes and neutralize bitterness.
- In a separate small bowl or glass, combine the sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla extract. Use a handheld frother or whisk vigorously until the mixture is pale and smooth.
- Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Pour the prepared balanced creamer into the glass first, then slowly pour the strong coffee over the top.
- Stir gently with a long spoon until the coffee and creamer merge into a consistent tan hue.
