Ingredients:

  • 6 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Demerara syrup
  • 1 cup large ice cubes
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cold brew concentrate, Irish whiskey, and Demerara syrup in a highball glass or Irish coffee mug. Stir gently with a bar spoon until the syrup is fully incorporated.
  2. Fill the glass to the brim with large ice cubes and stir for 10 seconds to chill the liquid without excessive dilution.
  3. In a separate small pitcher or bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and maple syrup. Use a handheld frother for 20–30 seconds until the cream thickens to soft peaks.
  4. Gently pour or spoon the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee surface to create a clean, white layer. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon.
