  • 6 ounces (180 ml) Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Butterscotch sauce (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the shot glasses by placing them on a flat surface.
  2. Measure 1.5 ounces (45 ml) of butterscotch schnapps into each shot glass, pouring slowly to avoid splashing.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, carefully pour 1.5 ounces (45 ml) of Irish cream liqueur over the back of the spoon to create a layer on top of the schnapps.
  4. Ensure all shot glasses have equal layers of butterscotch and Irish cream.
