Instructions:

  2. In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter, honey, and vanilla extract (if using).
  3. Using a hand mixer or whisk
  4. Add a pinch of salt if desired, to balance the sweetness, and mix again.
  5. Transfer the honey butter to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
