Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cold brew coffee
  • 1 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 tbsp creme de menthe
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the cold brew coffee, Irish whiskey, and creme de menthe in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
  2. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice cubes and strain the coffee mixture over the ice, leaving about one inch of space at the top.
  3. Using a handheld frother, whip the heavy cream and salt until it reaches a soft-peak consistency. Gently pour the cream over the back of a spoon onto the surface of the coffee to create a float.
