Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) blue raspberry juice (preferably natural)
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water or filtered water
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
- 4 cups (about 600 g) ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine blue raspberry juice, coconut water (or filtered water), granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender. Pour the juice mixture over the ice. Pulse the blender until the ice is finely crushed and the mixture is slushy (about 30-45 seconds).
- Pour the Blue Razz Ice Juice Slush into serving glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or fresh mint.
