Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) blue raspberry juice (preferably natural)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water or filtered water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh lemon juice (optional, for brightness)
  • 4 cups (about 600 g) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine blue raspberry juice, coconut water (or filtered water), granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Add the ice cubes to the blender. Pour the juice mixture over the ice. Pulse the blender until the ice is finely crushed and the mixture is slushy (about 30-45 seconds).
  3. Pour the Blue Razz Ice Juice Slush into serving glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or fresh mint.
