Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower (about 2 pounds or 900 grams)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (45 mL)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (30 g) - optional for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish - optional
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl. Toss until the florets are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
