Instructions:
- Place the dry skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the shredded coconut in an even layer in the dry skillet.
- Cook, stirring frequently (almost constantly towards the end), until the coconut turns golden brown and fragrant. Watch carefully to learn how to toast coconut without burning it.
