  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Gather all canned ingredients and measure out the spices.
  2. In a large pot, add the diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes with green chilies, chicken or vegetable broth, and tomato sauce.
  3. Sprinkle in the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the soup to thicken slightly.
