- 1 can (14 oz) chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Gather all canned ingredients and measure out the spices.
- In a large pot, add the diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes with green chilies, chicken or vegetable broth, and tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the soup to thicken slightly.
