Ingredients:

  • 2 Plain Bagels (approx. 100g each), split in half horizontally
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Marinara Sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup (115g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Optional: Pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, bell peppers, sliced mushrooms (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut bagels in half horizontally. Lightly brush the cut side of each bagel half with olive oil.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over each bagel half.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by parmesan cheese. Add any desired toppings.
  5. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  6. Place the prepared bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bagel is golden brown around the edges.
  7. Let the bagels cool slightly before serving. Cut (if desired) and enjoy!
