Ingredients:
- 2 Plain Bagels (approx. 100g each), split in half horizontally
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Marinara Sauce, store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup (115g) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup (30g) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- Optional: Pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, bell peppers, sliced mushrooms (to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut bagels in half horizontally. Lightly brush the cut side of each bagel half with olive oil.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, followed by parmesan cheese. Add any desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano.
- Place the prepared bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bagel is golden brown around the edges.
- Let the bagels cool slightly before serving. Cut (if desired) and enjoy!
